On December 16th, Vice-President Li Yupeng met INSA Centre Val de Loire delegation led by Vice-President Driss BOUTAT. Dayan Liu, the responsible person of Chinese development in INSA accompanied the visit. The relevant person in charge of the College of Science, College of Management, College of Materials, College of Arts and International Exchange & Cooperation Department participated in the meeting.

      Li Yupeng expressed sincere welcome to the visiting delegation of Driss BOUTAT and deepened the communication in student exchanges and joint training. The person in charge of foreign affairs in every college put forward the cooperation intention according to the college subject and major setting. Later, both sides reached an agreement and signed Memorandum of Cooperation, thus establishing the strategic mutual partnership in student exchanges and joint training.

      After the interview, Li Yupeng awarded Prof. Liu Dayan with an Appointment Letter of Part-time Professor with the wishes that Pro. Liu Dayan will provide precious experience and guidance in discipline construction and talents cultivation in his tenure.
