This program is established to foster practical personnel who have the conception of modern human resource management and have practical competence of developing and managing human resource.
With systematic study and professional training for four years, the graduates should finish the courses of human resource management, have a higher level of skills in office automatization and of foreign language, and obtain relevant certificates of foreign language and computer. Some students can take part in examinations to achieve medium level of human resource management and obtain the certificate of occupational qualifications for national assistant human resource manager.
